Please ensure your email address is correct - you will receive confirmation of your booking by email. Your email address must be the same as that associated with your paypal account so that we can track your payment.

  • TICKETS - All tickets will be despatched by post 2 weeks prior to the event.
  • NON-BOOKED PITCHES - Non-booked pitches are £50 upon arrival, however we cannot guarantee availability and strongly recommend pre-booking.
  • CLOSING DATE - Advance bookings close 2 weeks prior to each event. The organisers reserve the right to close applications early if the show is sold out.
  • ELECTRICITY - Electric hook-ups are not included. We have a very limited number of hook-ups in a separate area which are strictly available to disabled badge-holders only, at an additional fee of £15 per pitch. Please call 01775 723723 to check availability and to book - this cannot be booked online.
  • ARRIVALS - Weekend campers may arrive on the Friday prior to each event. Full information will be enclosed with your tickets.
  • CANCELLATIONS - Any cancellations must be received in writing prior to the event, and will be subject to a £5 administration fee per booking.
